Pricing and Policies

Pricing:
Wedding cake prices start at $2.00 per serving and go up from there. All other cakes start at $1.50 per serving. Cakes with fondant, gumpaste, or other involved frostings/decorations cost more.

We do not have any cakes ready-made for instant purchase. All cakes are custom ordered.

Cakes for show are almost as expensive as cakes to eat. Please keep this in mind when calling for an estimate if you are not planning on serving the wedding cake.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
50% of the total order is due at time of order. This ensures that the desired date is reserved. Cash or check is accepted, though there will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to the event.

In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in full if canceled 3 weeks or more before the scheduled event. If a cancellation occurs less than 3 weeks before the event, the deposit will not be refunded.

Rush orders are taken on a case-by-case basis. An order is considered rushed if placed less than two weeks before the event.

If the desired cake is tiered or involves fountains or other decorative/supportive structures, a $50.00 refundable equipment deposit, in the form of a check, is required. This deposit will not be cashed as long as the equipment is returned to me within 3 business days of the event, clean and in its original state. Should the equipment not be returned, be returned late, or be damaged, the deposit will be cashed to replace the equipment.

Delivery or Pickup:

If the cake is to be delivered by us a charge of $25.00 will be added to the total price of the cake. This is highly recommended for all tiered cakes and required for all wedding cakes. We will deliver the cake, make any adjustments and/or work with the florist, take a final picture to ensure the cake was perfect before leaving. We deliver to any where in Salt Lake vally. If you live outside the area, an additional travel fee will be added depending on the distance.

If the client would like to pick up the cake themselves no charge will be added. A two-hour pickup window will be arranged.
